Where do you see yourself in the Museum Without Walls?
The new Mississippi Museum of Art facility opened June 9, 2007, and our volunteer corps is already hard at work making the Museum better than ever! Volunteer enrichment sessions will continue for all those interested in becoming a part of the MMA family. The hour long sessions are every month, second Wednesday at 1pm
The new Mississippi Museum of Art is the perfect opportunity to gain knowledge and to be enriched, to meet interesting people, to connect with others who share an interest in art, to make a difference in your community, and to promote and support the growing Museum family.
We have a place for you, no matter your interests, style or personality: leading a group of school children through an interactive gallery or just working behind the scenes, greeting senior groups as they arrive or helping distribute materials. We have a spot for you in our new home- we need your help to make the new MMA come to life!
