The Ocean Springs-based Rock U2 Academy of Popular Music, through its Rock U2 Foundation, will present its annual "Rock the Block" event Tuesday night at the IP Casino & Resort in Biloxi.

Tim and Barbara Alamsha own RockU2, the Ocean Springs Academy of Popular Music, in Ocean Springs, Mississippi. They strive to instill a love of music in their students, while giving them opportunities to shine.
