The coffee shop, café and music venue is co-owned by Lee and Teri Bowie, who also run Cups, an Espresso Café on Jackson Avenue in Oxford. Completing the Shelter team is Ron Shapiro, local legend of The Hoka Cinema fame, who holds the title of administer of culture and emperor of the kitchen.
